What we collect

• Account info: name, email, profile photo.
• Workspace data: owners, runs, approvals, knowledge documents you upload.
• OAuth tokens for connectors you authorize (Slack, Gmail, Notion, etc.).
• Usage telemetry: page views, errors, AI cost per workspace.

How we use it

• To operate the Service and run your Owners.
• To bill you under your plan.
• To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.
• To send essential transactional emails.

Sub-processors

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, auth, storage.
• Stripe — billing.
• Google, OpenAI — AI model inference via Lovable AI Gateway.
• Connector vendors you authorize (Slack, Notion, etc.).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access — export your workspace from Settings → Export.
• Deletion — delete your workspace from Settings; data is purged within 30 days.
• Correction — edit your profile and workspace anytime.
• Portability — JSON export of all your data.
• Objection — email privacy@ownablee.com.

Data retention

We keep workspace data while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Backups are kept for an additional 30 days, then permanently purged.

Where data lives

Primary storage is in the EU. We use US sub-processors (Stripe, OpenAI) under standard contractual clauses for any necessary international transfers.

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are loaded before you consent.
