Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Ownablee ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Ownablee provides AI "process owners" that execute workflows on behalf of your workspace using third-party connectors (Slack, Gmail, Notion, and others). You are responsible for what your Owners do under your direction.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including by other workspace members you invite.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Send spam, harass, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to break the Service.
- Resell the Service without a written agreement.
5. Plans and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our published refund policy. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
6. Your Data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except as required by law.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." Owners take real actions in connected systems; you are responsible for reviewing and approving sensitive actions via the approvals workflow.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
